ANN ARBOR – The Wolverines returned to Ann Arbor on Saturday after a jam-packed 10-day Summer Tour.
Each year, the Michigan football program takes a trip to enjoy some downtime as a group. Destinations in past years have included France, Italy and South Africa. But this year the team stayed in Michigan, exploring all the state has to offer.
From running up the Sleeping Bear Dunes, jet-skiing and swimming in Lake Michigan to riding bicycles and horse-drawn carriages on Mackinac Island, video clips and photographs of their trip could be mistaken for a Pure Michigan ad.
The team also volunteered during their travels, helping to restore areas of Idlewild, once considered the nation’s largest Black resort, and painting fences and sidewalks with local children in Flint.

We are so incredibly grateful for Matt Lester, who generously donated his time, resources, and money to help make this trip so enjoyable.
