While the cast of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” were busy finding tacos in El Paso, Texas, on the Thursday, July 21, episode, Angelina Pivarnick was finding God.
Specifically, the Lord’s guidance after her breakup from husband Chris Larangeira as delivered by Rev. Joseph Ciccone of the Saint Joseph Mission Church, based in Cliffside Park.
“Thank you for letting plastic surgery be a thing,” said Angelina after rubbing holy water on her newly reconstructed nose.
Ciccone married Angelina and Chris in November 2019 at the Park Château Estate and Gardens in East Brunswick.
“Before I met you I didn’t watch it and (now) I’m addicted to it,” Ciccone said. “Mike the Situation, he has transformed his life because of mistakes and substance abuse. He’s a whole new different person.”
Ciccone has been paying attention, but he couldn’t have seen the last few episodes to know that Chris called Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino to tell him that Angelina leaked details about the notorious bridesmaids speech to the press, causing much consternation for speech givers Deena Cortese, Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, who temporarily left the show because of the fallout.

Mike’s stir-the-pot propagating the details of Chris’ call recalls his behavior before he “transformed” his life.
“He’s the same Mike a little bit,” Angelina said.
Angelina had a little flirt with a father who was divorced – the Saint Joseph Mission Church is obviously very progressive – and she spoke to a group of young couples about her marriage experience.
“A lot of stuff has happened, but when you have fire and fire you have an explosion,” said Angelina after a highlight B-roll of her marriage to Chris was shown to viewers. “I really hope these couples take my advice into effect into their marriage ’cause I have seen firsthand what can ruin a (blanking) marriage. I’m living it right now.”
Back in El Paso, the rest of the roomies ate tacos and pre-gamed for DJ Pauly DelVecchio’s show at the 11:11 club.
“Do you need a shot?” asked a fan. “Snooki, you’re going to say no to a shot?”
“No thank you. I don’t do shots anymore girl,” Nicole said.
“They think we’re alcoholics,” Deena said.
“That’s kind of true,” Jenni said.
The cast was introduced to the crowd at the club. In Pauly D’s words, it was lit.
“Are we the Beatles?” Nicole quipped.
“Jersey Shore Family Vacation” airs at 8 pm Thursdays on MTV.
