CVE, also a Dealership of the Year, has acquired, consolidated and modernized numerous dealer businesses since our last visit. AXON, New Holland Take Top Honors for Dealer-Directed Marketing at NAMA

AXON, a Title Sponsor of this summer’s Dealership Minds Summit took first place in marketing category to dealers this week at the National Agri Marketing Assn. (NAMA) Convention in Kansas City. The tire distributor’s direct mail flat piece took first place in the “directed to dealers” category in the annual “Best of NAMA” competition.. featuring the copy “Imagine Having 100 Years of Tire & Wheel Knowledge in Your Back Pocket Next Time You Sell a Tractor,” the piece was created to communicate the firm’s rebranding from CFI Tire to AXON. New Holland won the top award in the brochures/catalog category directed at dealers for its brochure (created by Maclay & Shoemaker Graphics) to convey the impact of owning a New Holland dealership.


RDO Australia Delivers Something for the Whole Family

RDO Australia shared photos from an extra special delivery day for one family! dad Nathan Doyle got a new 6195M tractor while his son got a mini tractor! The team from the Bundaberg store made a special effort to make this little boy’s day!

9th National Strip-Till Conference Returns to Iowa

The National Strip-Tillage Conference is returning to Iowa where it began 9 years ago. This quick video shows the energy and enthusiasm that have us looking forward to the event. Most of the manufacturers in the strip-till market will be on-hand — a great place to connect with current and prospective manufacturers for your AOR. Dealer JJ Nichting (with a just-opened, state-of-the-art facility to show off) has signed on as the official machinery dealer sponsor, and Kinze is the site of a pre-event soil health workshop, which includes a private plant tour, museum time and lunch. Featured Product: ‘Sales Enablement Tool for Dealers’

Few new products that come our editors’ way exist to help sell machinery, but we’ve got one for you this week. Following a recent review of technologies appearing on precision farming dealers’ websites, we learned of a new “sales enablement tool” from Verge Ag. The developers are targeting machinery dealers for their software that matches the size and functionality of equipment to each individual field operation and helps quantify the ROI for additional technology. It’s called “Launch Pad” and is covered in this 4-minute video:
