WKU Baseball & Softball 2022 Promotion Schedules Announced

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – With their home-openers this coming weekend, WKU Baseball and Softball have announced their full promotions schedule for the 2022 campaign. Numerous giveaways, free ticket opportunities and concessions deals highlight the schedules.

Bark in the Park is back at both stadiums across six combined games this season and will feature a pet bandana giveaway. Both programs will also offer midweek game concession stand special.

Over at Nick Denes Field, fans can participate in Friday Frenzy along with Kids Day Sundays every weekend the Hilltoppers are home. Fridays feature Baseball Bingo along with a $15 deal that includes bottomless popcorn, a souvenir soda and hot dog. On Sundays, there’s a $5 kids lunch deal and post-game base running. Additionally, kids 12 and under who wear a youth jersey receive free admission.

Down at the WKU Softball Complex, the Hilltoppers will have several themed weekends including: HAF Weekend, Military Appreciation Weekend, Youth League Weekend along with Senior Weekend. Single-day promotions include a couple Bark in the Park games, Girl Scout Day and a Red Out. A C-USA Tournament champions t-shirt giveaway will take place the weekend of March 18-20. On April 27, WKU will do a C-USA Tournament Champions Red Towel giveaway.

Flexible season ticket packages are on sale now for both Hilltopper Baseball and Softball. Fans can purchase tickets through the links listed above, by calling 1-800-5-BIGRED or in person at the WKU Ticket Office during business hours.

The baseball flexible season tickets package includes 31 tickets for $50 that can be used at any of the 32 home games – one ticket will gain access to both games of WKU’s doubleheader against Central Michigan on Feb. 26 – throughout the 2022 campaign. Head coach John Pawlowski and the Hilltoppers are set to host Conference USA series against the likes of Southern Miss, FIU, Marshall, UAB and Old Dominion while also holding marquee matchups at Nick Denes Field against Power 5 opponents Illinois and Louisville.

The WKU Softball flexible ticket package includes 25 tickets for $35 that can be utilized across the 25 home contests throughout the 2022 season. Home Conference USA series include UTEP, Marshall, FIU and Middle Tennessee this year for head coach Amy Tudor and the reigning C-USA Tournament champion Hilltoppers. The Red and White host their annual WKU Hilltopper Classic from Feb. 18 – Feb. 20 and Hilltopper Spring Fling Feb. 25-27 at the WKU Softball Complex, which will see Tudor’s squad in action five times across each weekend. Mid tiltweeks on The Hill include Belmont, Lipscomb and Alabama.
