Logan’s Table brings ‘elevated, fast casual’ dining to Leominster

Behind every restaurant, there’s a story of unwavering passion and hard work.

Meet Logan Boudreau, chef and owner of Logan’s Table, 16 Central St., Leominster, who opened his first restaurant in 2021 despite coronavirus-related challenges that rocked the industry. And, he got married a few months before opening day. “I was working out final details for the restaurant while Jaime (his wife) planned the wedding,” Boudreau said. “A little hectic, but it all came together beautifully,” said Jaime Boudreau.

The husband-wife team work together in business space once occupied by Aunty Ellen’s Creative Confections. Completely renovated, Logan’s Table features glass overhead doors in the front of the restaurant providing plenty of natural light and open up the dining space in warm weather. Boudreau is especially proud of the restaurant’s beechwood bar that seats 20, handmade from salvaged wood from a beech tree that grew on his family’s land. He’s the third generation to live on the Westminster property, he said.
